1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 36kbd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 36kbd website located at https://36kbd.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment features, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 36kbd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform.

36kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the email address or contact information associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

36kbd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration or account lifecycle. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned subject to identity verification. We take underage gambling seriously and actively work to prevent it.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access the full range of 36kbd services, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on 36kbd at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 36kbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 36kbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access. 3.4 Account Verification

36kbd may, at its discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting full platform access. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

36kbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in ৳ BDT and no currency conversion is applied. 36kbd does not currently accept deposits via cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or payment services not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your 36kbd account dashboard. Players are responsible for checking the applicable limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 36kbd account balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective bank. 36kbd is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile wallet provider or bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 36kbd payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 36kbd reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before releasing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that remain unverified for more than 30 days may be cancelled at the platform's discretion.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not deposit funds into their 36kbd account from payment methods that are not registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder and the payment method owner are different individuals — are prohibited and will result in the suspension of the deposit and a potential account review.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet settlement is based on official match results as declared by the governing cricket body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement.

5.3 Casino Games

5.4 Void Bets and Errors

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Eligibility for any promotion is determined by the specific terms attached to that promotion, which will be published on the 36kbd platform at the time the promotion is active. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, 36kbd reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 36kbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on 36kbd.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or any third-party game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in multiplayer or live dealer game environments.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or facilitating third-party deposits on behalf of another player.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 36kbd staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access the accounts, personal information, or payment details of other players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 36kbd

36kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the player has failed to complete required verification; or the continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.2 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — or who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life — may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a priority and will be actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to access their account or open a new account on the platform. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon the closure of an account, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure. 36kbd is not liable for any losses incurred by a player following a voluntary account closure.

8.4 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 36kbd's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their 36kbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 36kbd is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
